Description of Job Duties:
The College Navigator provides holistic academic advising, coaching, and retention support to assigned students, with a focus on persistence, completion, and transfer. This position uses proactive, student-centered strategies and predictive data to remove barriers to success, promote self-efficacy, and connect students to appropriate resources.
