The Northeast Texas Community College Continuing Education and Corporate Training department is pleased to announce its new Coffee and Beverage Technician Academy. NTCC is partnering with Farmer Brothers and Revive Service & Restoration to create a one-of-a-kind experience that prepares students for a rewarding career in the coffee and beverage industry. 

The Northeast Texas Community College Foundation recently received a $25,000 grant from the Ed Rachal Foundation. Thanks to an additional matching grant opportunity, the funds will be doubled for a $50,000 impact. The grant will be utilized to expand the reach of the Work4College Program.

The Carroll Shelby Automotive Program at Northeast Texas Community College will host their annual Dyno Day and Open House on Saturday, Oct. 14th. The event will be held at the Shelby Automotive building on the NTCC campus from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Spooky season is almost upon us and it is time to mark your calendars for NTCC's annual Scare Affair event. It will be held on Saturday, Oct. 21st from 6-9 p.m. As always, there will be free candy, a costume contest, bounce houses, food, games and more! We look forward to seeing everyone there as we celebrate 35 years of family fun. 

The NTCC Physical Therapist Assistant program has started a new academic year with 16 new students. Students participated in wheelchair mobility activities including maneuvering wheelchairs on level and unlevel surfaces, in elevators, and on curbs and ramps.
