About this position

A faculty member of the NTCC Nursing Program is responsible for providing quality instruction to students thus ensuring the fulfillment of departmental educational goals and objectives. These responsibilities require leadership in both academic and workforce areas and include meeting student retention goals, directing and participating in educational planning, evaluating student performance, motivating and advising students, and ensuring program compliance with all applicable accrediting agencies. About this position

Teach introductory Chemistry and/or Chemistry Laboratory in a face-to-face format during the day. 

About our ideal candidate

A Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours in Chemistry is required. Teaching experience at the community college level is also preferred.

Clinical Skills lab-work with instructor to build knowledge and develop clinical skills for students to obtain their CNA license.

About our ideal candidate

  • Technical Training in: Long term care an an Associate Degree Nurse.
  • Ability to perform physical work with patients in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to lift at least 20 pounds.
  • Ability to work evenings.
  • Ability to work independently.
