The Pathway to Violence identifies stages of escalation that may lead to acts of violence. Understanding these stages helps the NTCC community recognize early warning signs and intervene effectively:

NTCC strictly prohibits the following:
- Direct or Indirect threats: Direct or indirect threats using explicit statements of intent to harm others, damage property, or incite violence.
- Cyberbullying: Using electronic communication to harass, intimidate, or threaten others.
- Hate speech: Language that attacks or demeans individuals or groups based on their race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, or other protected characteristics.

- Pushing, Shoving, or Hitting – Any unprovoked physical aggression.
