NTCC is pleased to announce that Fredia Thomas has been nominated for this week’s Summer Shout Out. Fredia is the Director of Adult Education. She has dedicated many years furthering the cause of adult literacy and helping countless individuals achieve their GED and to learn English as a Second Language.

My name is Carol Vandiver and I am the Instructional Coordinator for the Adult Education program at NTCC. I would like to give a shout out to Fredia Thomas as an exceptional director for Adult Education.
Fredia is smart, graceful and hard working. She participates in every aspect of the Adult Education program. She is very successful in promoting classes through social media, participating in registration, testing, follow-up calls and handling any problems that come along the way.
Fredia promotes self care for the staff, teachers and students in Adult Education. She values the Adult Education program and has created a safe, encouraging and successful place to learn and work.
Leading by example and being a role model are gifts that Fredia shares with us each day.
