Do you know someone who is interested in learning English or completing their GED (General Education Development)? The Adult Education Program at Northeast Texas Community College offers free GED and ESL (English as a Second Language) classes at a variety of convenient locations. Registration for all locations will be held at the Community Resource Center (formerly MPISD Administration Building) at 105 N. Riddle Street on the following dates: August 9, 11, 15 and 17.
Both daytime and evening classes are available. Classes are held in Mount Pleasant, Pittsburg, Naples, Mount Vernon and Winnsboro. To learn more or to make an appointment to register for GED classes, contact Sally Knight at 903-434-8252. For ESL classes, contact Ruth Fernando at 903-434-8341.
