† † † ?We have been overwhelmed by the community support at our last few events,? Chef Kat Miller-Hays, said. ?Unfortunately, we have had to turn people away in the past due to capacity. We believe that moving to a ticketed event format will allow our diners to have a less hectic and more pleasurable experience."
† † † The meal and service for the evening will be provided by students enrolled in the Buffet and Catering and Dining Room Services courses.
† † † ?Our culinary students are pleased to bring a new cultural cuisine adventure for the public to explore,? Culinary Instructor, Chef Bren Young, said.
