Students take $29 Food Stamp Challenge

This semester, †students in Sarah Rainey's†ethics, †philosophy, †state and federal government courses are engaging in the NTCC $29 Food Stamp Challenge to raise awareness regarding poverty, altruism, and policy.

Working in groups, students design a meal plan that meets at least 75% of nutritional guidelines through the USDA Super Tracker.

Follow their challenges and triumphs as they compete against other groups for the CHEAPEST and HEALTHIEST meal plan possible, a challenge millions each day on foods stamps must struggle to achieve.
