Northeast Texas Community College announced Tuesday that the fall semester has been pushed back to begin on Monday, August 27. The schedule originally stated that classes begin on August 20.
The decision to move the date back one week was made in order to ensure consistency with the start dates of local school districts and other colleges.
The due date for fall payments has also been pushed back one week to August 17. Please make arrangements to take care of your accounts by this date to avoid being dropped from classes. Financial aid will be dispersed and available for use to purchase supplies in the College Store on August 13.
