As we celebrate Mardi Gras, Northeast Texas Community College’s (NTCC) Office of Student Development is embracing the spirit of giving with a Mardi Gras Sock Drive, running March 1-31.
Socks are among the most needed but least donated items in shelters and nursing homes. To help, NTCC aims to collect new, packaged socks for those in need across East Texas. Donations can be dropped off at SUB 101 throughout March.
Students can compete for prizes: the top donor wins a gift card, and the leading student organization earns a Bounce House sponsorship for Scare Affair.
