How to contact the NTCC Police Department

The Northeast Texas Community College Police Department is responsible for the protection of the College community, emergency assistance, crime prevention and reporting, enforcement of state and local laws and campus regulations. They provide 24/7/365 patrol coverage to our main campus and outreach centers through a hybrid model of uniformed Campus Police Officers and Campus Security Officers.  

The Police Department is dedicated to developing partnerships with the community we serve to enhance the College’s mission. If you ever find yourself in need of assistance from the Police Department, please use the following as a guide:

Call 911 First For All Emergencies!

Please call 911 if you witness a situation that you consider to be an emergency (medical, criminal, etc.), These calls will be routed to our local 911 dispatch, which is in direct contact with the NTCC Police Department as well as other local law enforcement. 

Non-Emergencies: Call 903-563-1417

Anytime you'd like to contact the NTCC Police Department for a situation that you do NOT consider to be an emergency, please call 903-563-1417. This mobile phone is monitored 24/7 by our police and security officers.
