Continuing Ed to offer ASL, Conversational Spanish classes

Have you always wanted to learn a new language? Now is the time to get started! The Northeast Texas Community College Continuing Education department is planning two language courses this fall. 

Iris Marino will teach Conversational Spanish courses beginning October 10th. The introductory course (for those with little experience) will be held Oct. 10-26 on Monday and Wednesday Nights from 6-7 p.m. on the main NTCC campus. It will be followed by an intermediate class (for those with some experience) that will be held Oct. 31 through Nov. 16 on the same day and time. Conversational Spanish classes are $69 each.

Three different American Sign Language (ASL) classes will also be offered from October through December. The beginner class will be held Oct. 11-25, Intermediate from Nov. 1-15 and Advanced Nov. 29 - Dec. 13. Classes will be meet on Tuesdays from 1:00-2:30 p.m. on the main NTCC campus. They cost $70 per course.
