NTCC celebrated the retirement of two beloved faculty members on Thursday, Aug. 24th. Dr. Paula Wilhite (pictured right with her husband), Professor of Mathematics, and Mr. Jim Swann (pictured left with his wife), Professor of Spanish, will be greatly missed. Wilhite has taught at NTCC since the college opened in 1985. Swann came shortly after her in 1988.
Dr. Ron Clinton, NTCC President, gave remarks and presented both retirees with a gift. Several colleagues spoke about their positive experiences working with Wilhite and Swann throughout the years. The college would like to recognize both for the positive impact they have made in the lives of students and all of those who have worked with them over the years. We wish them many years of happiness as they transition into retirement!
