Culinary Arts plans fall dinner

Come join the NTCC Culinary Arts Departments Fall Fundraiser on November 30th at 6:00 p.m. at the Culinary Arts school in downtown Pittsburg. The catering class will be organizing this event with some help from other classes as well. Take-out will be available, but please e-mail orders ahead of time to Ana Perry ( Tickets are $15 each and can be purchased at the Hansen Sewell Center during regular business hours. The cutoff date for tickets/preorder is November 28th. Seating is limited. 

The menu will include: 

Appetizer: Walnut-crusted goat cheese platter

First Course: Roasted butternut squash soup

Main Course: Maple-glazed pork tenderloin

Sides: Sweet potato stacks and rainbow carrots and Brussel sprouts

Dessert: Pumpkin mousse parfaits
