Northeast Texas Community College held its May 2019 commencement on Saturday, May 18. A total of 353 students received degrees and certificates during two separate graduation ceremonies. Dr. Winston McCowan, retired NTCC Professor of Biology, served as the commencement speaker. Dora Lopez, of Linden, delivered the student response at the 9 a.m. graduation and Katy Bragg, of Mount Pleasant, spoke on behalf of the student body at the 11 a.m. ceremony.
