Biggers art featured in magazine

NTCC is home to a priceless collection of artwork by renowned African American artist Dr. John Biggers. His 1954 mural “History of Negro Education in Morris County, Texas” is displayed in the college's Learning Commons in a room named for Biggers. The Learning Commons also has a collection of rare Biggers lithographs, which are currently on loan to the Tyler Museum of Art for an exhibit titled "Student/Teacher: Works of Charles Criner & Dr. John Biggers."
