The Northeast Texas Community College Art Department welcomes photographer Larry Terrell as the exhibiting artist for September. His exhibit of bald eagles will be on display Friday, September 2nd through Wednesday, September 21st in foyer of the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts. A reception will be held on Wednesday, September 14th, at 12:30 p.m. in the Whatley Center.
Larry is a native of northeast Texas. He has a passion for travel and documents his journeys with photographic art.
For 28 years, Larry owned and operated a successful photography business in Texarkana. During that time, he created fine portrait and wedding images for the people of northeast Texas and southwest Arkansas while still managing to travel to interesting and beautiful places, many times capturing wildlife in their natural habitat. Now, he is blessed to enjoy the fruits of those years of hard work and travel a bit more often.
Larry describes his travels by saying, “My travels are really about making memories, so book those trips! It truly is better to see something once than to hear about it a thousand times. Happy travels.”
