The holiday season is officially here and what better way to get into the spirit than to enjoy Christmas with The New York Tenors at the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts. The concert, sponsored by Cypress Bank, will be held on Monday, Dec. 9th at 7:30 p.m. Guests will enjoy their favorite Christmas classics brought to you by stars of Carnegie Hall Daniel Rodriguez, Andy Cooney and Christopher Macchio.
“There is just something special about Christmas time in New York City. We are so excited to host the very talented New York Tenors on our stage to bring some of that magic to us right here in northeast Texas,” Carolyn Franks, Director of the Whatley Center, said.
Tickets are $35 for adults and $10 for children under 18 and NTCC students. The Whatley Center is located on the campus of Northeast Texas Community College at 2886 FM 1735 in in Mount Pleasant.

Daniel Rodriguez is a champion for many charities and continues to inspire, stir and embrace his listeners through his stirring recordings and memorable concert performances.
Christopher Macchio is a gifted performer with a voice of exceptional power and beauty. A classically trained tenor from the Manhattan School of Music, this NY native has been wowing audiences by combing his golden-era sound with an engaging stage presence that resonates with people of all ages and backgrounds. Macchio’s growing reputation has brought him to sold-out theaters and events in the U.S. and Europe. His tenor voice has been featured in NYC’s Opera Nova Company. With television appearances on NBC, PBS, and ABC’s Red Carpet Stage at New York’s 5th Avenue Columbus Day Parade, this rising star is entertaining and capturing the imagination of audiences everywhere.
