The annual Texas Junior College Agriculture Association (TJCAA) conference and competition is always a much anticipated event for our NTCC Ag students as well as advisors.  This year was no exception with our largest group in a while, 9 students and advisor in all traveling to Blinn College RELLIS location for the contest in Bryan, TX on April 3-5th, 2023. It is more of a celebration and appreciation of everything we are all so passionate about than the testing of the skills that we have all learned through our programs.

Lastly- those sweepstakes points were added to points awarded for our report of this year’s activities and based on this we received 2nd in Most Outstanding Chapter!  Congratulations to all our students who represented NTCC in this competition and performed well in their events.  Lastly, we want to recognize the excellence of Kitrina Killian aka “mom” who served as TJCAA state vice president and resided over the conference events.
