The NTCC Carroll Shelby Student Auto Club is having a fund-raising chili cook-off to honor Carroll Shelby’s 100th birthday. All monies will go to support the club’s activities. The event will be held in the NTCC Culinary School in downtown Pittsburg on January 11th from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Awards will be given for the winner of the People’s Choice and Judge’s Choice Chili. To enter a chili concoction, contact Club President Brandon Fuller at (430) 900-8324.
Attendees can buy $5 tickets at the door (cash or check only) the day of the cook-off. Coffee will be provided per the generosity of LolaPops Coffee Shop.
