Duties and Responsibilities: 

60% of time spent will be on field responsibilities 

  • Assist in maintaining the physical conditioning program of the student athletes during both the regular and off-season. 
  • Practice – in season and off season 
  • Physical conditioning 
  • Field Maintenance 
  • Game day preparations 

40% of time spent will be on other duties

Move-Out and Closing

If you are not returning to Residence Life, we hope you have enjoyed your time with us and that you will take many wonderful memories with you as you depart. Additional information about move-out and proper cleaning procedures can be found below.

 

Refunds

Students who elect to move out of the dorm can have their room charges refunded according to the following schedule: 

  • During the first 15 class days: 70%
  • From the 16th through the 20th: 25%
  • After the 20th class day: 0% 

Note: Meal plan fees are non-refundable.

Items to Bring

Items ALLOWED in Both Dorms

  • Surge Protectors  (only allowable extension cords‐ extension cords without surge protectors will be confiscated)
  • Cable cords
  • Small Trash Can
  • Bathroom toiletries/Bath towels/Shower Curtain
  • Cleaning Supplies (residents are responsible for cleaning their own rooms)
  • Cleaning and Laundry Supplies
  • Bedding linens twin size, extra‐long (mattress protector required)
  • Study Lamp
  • Plastic Plates, Bowls, Cups and Eating Utensils
  • Scenty’s are allowed
  • Coffee
