The authors will share some of their favorite anecdotes and stories from the project – such as battles with water moccasins to open up the road to Brookshires, the local female bank president who helped finance and manage the World’s Fair of 1904, the elaborate resort with red/white/blue mineral waters once located at Dellwood, and so much more!!
