Dollar lunch: if you eat at our sub, Employees receive 4 ($1.00) all you can eat meals per week.


Fit Center Access: Full-time employees get access to our fit center at no charge. Family members may be added for an annual cost of $25!


Educational Benefit: Full-time employees, their spouses, and dependent children under the age of 25, are eligible for educational benefits here at NTCC. This exempts you from certain fees and gives you access to our textbook borrow program.


Verizon Government plan: Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in our optional cell phone plan. This includes phones at a discounted price and very affordable plans.


Discount Purchase Program: State of Texas employees are eligible to receive discounts on certain products and services.


Discount Facility Rental: Full time employees receive half price rates for the three tiers of facility/room rentals at NTCC. Perfect for small meetings, trainings, wedding rehearsals, tournaments and more.


Vacation leave:  Full-time (non-faculty) employees accrue vacation leave based on service time as shown below.

After 6 months = 5 days

1-5 years = 10 days

5-10 years = 12 days

10+ years = 15 days

Sick leave: Full-time (non-faculty) employees accrue (8) hours per month for a maximum of 960 hours of paid sick leave.


Bereavement leave: a maximum of three days leave with pay may be granted for an employee’s absence due to a death in the employee’s immediate family, or as approved by the college president.
