Financial Aid/Veteran's Specialist

Minimum Salary: $36,000
Description of Job Duties:
  • Support students throughout their academic journey by assisting with financial aid and reconciliation, guiding them through admissions and enrollment processes, serving as the main contact for veterans’ education benefits, and providing help with registration, FERPA, orientation, degree audits, and online enrollment.
  • Other tasks as needed.  
Experience and Other Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial aid administration and knowledge of federal, state, and institutional financial aid programs and familiarity with veterans' educational benefits is highly desired.
  • This position is a multifaceted role that leads a team dedicated to providing comprehensive support to students in the areas of financial aid, veterans' benefits, and broader student services.
  • Bachelors Degree is required.
