Northeast Texas Community College will welcome the community to campus for its annual Scare Affair on Saturday, Oct. 24, from 6-9 p.m. The family-friendly Halloween event will feature booths, games, activities, food, drinks and plenty of spooky fun for all ages. Kids can also enjoy free trick-or-treat candy throughout the event.
Scare Affair is open to everyone, and community members are encouraged to bring their friends and family for an evening of Halloween festivities on the NTCC campus.
In addition to providing a fun night for the community, Scare Affair serves as an important fundraiser for NTCC student organizations and clubs. Proceeds from ticket sales and activities go directly to participating student groups and help support their activities throughout the year.
“Scare Affair is one of our favorite events because it brings our campus and community together while giving our student organizations an opportunity to raise money for the things that make their college experience more meaningful,” JaQuacy Minter, NTCC Director of Student Development, said. “When you buy tickets and visit the booths, you’re directly supporting our students while having a great time with your family and friends.”
Tickets are available for advance purchase online at www.ntcc.edu/scareaffair26tix. Cash and cards will also be accepted at the event. Trick-or-treat candy is free, while tickets can be used to purchase food and drinks and participate in games and other activities.
