The Physical Therapist Assistant program at Northeast Texas Community College will host a restaurant fundraiser at Herschel’s in Mount Pleasant on Friday, March 20.
Community members are invited to dine at Herschel’s between 5 and 9 p.m. and mention NTCC when placing their order. Twenty percent of each ticket during that time will be donated to support the NTCC Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) students. Dine-in, to-go and drive through orders are all included.
The fundraiser will help PTA students with program-related expenses and activities while they prepare for careers in the healthcare field.
“We are grateful for the community’s continued support of our students and the PTA program,” said a program representative. “This is an easy and enjoyable way for people to help our students succeed while sharing a meal with family and friends.”
Herschel’s is located in Mount Pleasant. The fundraiser is open to the public. Anyone who mentions NTCC when ordering between 5 and 9 p.m. will help support the PTA program.
