As Northeast Texas Community College wraps up its 40th anniversary celebration, the NTCC Foundation is inviting supporters to become part of the college’s lasting legacy through the “$40 for 40 Years” campaign.

Individuals who contribute at least $40 by Aug. 31 will have their names permanently included on a commemorative donor wall that will be installed outside of the Whatley Center for the Performing Arts. Gifts may be designated to any NTCC scholarship, program, or purpose chosen by the donor.

Many alumni, employees, retirees, businesses, and community supporters have already participated in the campaign, and the NTCC Foundation expressed appreciation to everyone who has contributed so far.

“This campaign is about more than making a donation—it’s an opportunity to become part of the legacy of Northeast Texas Community College,” said Dr. Jon McCullough, Executive Vice President for Advancement. “For 40 years, NTCC has transformed lives through education and service to our region. The commemorative wall will recognize the people who believe in our mission and want to help ensure opportunities continue for future generations.”

Giving levels for the campaign include:

  • $40
  • $400
  • $4,000
  • $40,000
  • $400,000

Supporters may also make a pledge over the next three years to reach one of the giving levels and be included on the donor wall. NTCC employees also have the option to participate through payroll deduction.

The NTCC Foundation encourages anyone who has been impacted by the college to consider participating before the Aug. 31 deadline. To make a gift or pledge, visit www.ntcc.edu/give40. For more information, contact Nita May, Director of Development, at 903-434-8113 or nmay@ntcc.edu.
