Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) is helping commercial drivers take the next step in their careers with a Hazmat Endorsement Training Program designed to prepare participants for the endorsement exam and safe transport of hazardous materials.
The five-hour course, offered on a monthly basis, provides essential instruction on proper handling, safety regulations, and compliance requirements for transporting hazardous materials. The training is ideal for current or prospective Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) holders who want to expand their qualifications and job opportunities.
Participants will receive comprehensive guidance to help them successfully prepare for the hazmat endorsement exam while gaining a strong understanding of safety protocols and industry standards.
“The demand for qualified CDL drivers with hazmat endorsements continues to grow, and this training offers a convenient, affordable way for individuals to enhance their credentials,” said Kenzie Taylor, Director of Continuing Education.
