The NTCC Culinary Arts School invites the community to enjoy the flavors of the season at its annual “A Taste of Fall” lunch buffet on Thursday, Oct. 29, from noon to 2 p.m. The event will be held at the NTCC Culinary Arts School, located at 114 Jefferson Street in downtown Pittsburg.
The fall-inspired menu will feature pumpkin soup with breadsticks, maple-glazed pork tenderloin, apple cider chicken, roasted garlic spaghetti squash, rainbow carrots and au gratin sweet potatoes. Guests can finish the meal with apple cobbler and vanilla ice cream. Tea, water and coffee are also included.
“A Taste of Fall” gives guests an opportunity to enjoy a seasonal meal while supporting NTCC Culinary Arts students as they put their skills to work in a real-world dining experience. Seating is limited, so guests are encouraged to purchase tickets early.
