Get ready for a night of free food, fun and friendly competition at Backyard Bash 2026! The event will be held Monday, Sept. 14, beginning at 6 p.m. at the Athletics Activity Complex.
The evening kicks off with free dinner and fellowship, followed by a full lineup of activities, games and athlete recognition. Participants can look forward to Sumo Shake, Backyard Baller and Goal-d Rush. The event will wrap up with closing remarks at 8:30 p.m., followed by volleyball, basketball and other activities beginning at 9 p.m.
“Backyard Bash is one of those events that really brings our campus community together,” JaQuacy Minter, Director of Student Development, said. “It’s a chance for students and employees to relax, have some fun and show their Eagle spirit while celebrating our student-athletes. We hope everyone will come out, grab some free food and enjoy the evening with us.”
