Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) has announced that the annual Scare Affair event, originally scheduled for Saturday, October 25, has been postponed to Friday, October 31, 2025, due to the threat of severe weather in the area.
The event will still be held on the NTCC campus from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. and will feature all of the same games, candy booths, and family-friendly fun planned for the original date.
“We want everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience,” said Ja’Quacy Minter, NTCC Director of Student Development. “Postponing the event allows us to ensure the safety of our students, volunteers, and guests while still providing the community with a fun and festive evening.”
