Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) Continuing Education is offering a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course December 1-5 from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the NTCC campus (2886 FM 1735, Mount Pleasant).
This intensive five-day course is designed for professionals seeking to improve their leadership skills, advance in management, or gain a competitive edge in today’s workplace. Lean Six Sigma training focuses on increasing efficiency, enhancing quality, and reducing costs—skills that are highly valued across all industries.
Participants will learn to define, measure, analyze, improve, and control processes to drive measurable results and long-term success. Graduates of the Green Belt program are equipped to lead improvement projects and make data-driven decisions that benefit both their organizations and their careers.
