
The Northeast Texas Community College (NTCC) Culinary Arts program invites you to a special plated lunch event, Louisiana’s Cajun & Creole Cuisine, on March 6, 2025, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at 114 Jefferson St., Pittsburg, TX.
Inspired by our American Regional Cuisine class, this unique dining experience will highlight the bold flavors and traditions of Louisiana’s celebrated food culture. Guests will enjoy a carefully curated menu prepared by NTCC’s Culinary Arts students, featuring:
- Tomato and Haricots Verts Salad
- Crawfish Étouffée Served Over Rice
- Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce
