We are thrilled to announce that starting this summer, NTCC will be launching a brand-new "One Card" system called Transact! This innovative system is set to revolutionize the way we operate, making your student experience smoother and more streamlined than ever before.
As part of the new system, all students need to login to the myEagle portal and update their Refund Choice information. Having this set up correctly will allow NTCC to
quickly deposit any refunds or financial aid money directly into your bank account. It’s super easy to set up.
- Login to the myEagle portal using your NTCC student credentials
- Click the blue “Financial” button under the Student section
- Once in the Financial section of the portal, click the button that says “Refund Choice”
- Once there, you will be prompted to enter your bank account number and your bank’s routing number (don’t worry, the system is very secure and your information will not be shared with anyone).
- After you’ve done that, you’re all set to receive refunds under the new system!

- Easier Payment options and Payment Plans
- Meal Plans: Enjoy seamless access to dining services with just a tap.
- Door Access for Dorm Students: Enhanced security and easy access to your dormitories and other facilities with a quick tap of your card.
- Check Out Laptops: Use the One Card system to check out laptops, making technology access simpler.
- Print Stations: Print your documents easily with just a tap at our print stations.
- Vending Machines: Grab a quick snack or drink with a tap of your One Card at our vending machines.
- One Card, Multiple Functions: Whether it’s accessing campus buildings, paying for meals, or managing your student account, the One Card system will be able to do it all!
