Four NTCC students earned their Pharmacy Tech certifications after completing required courses and on-site pharmacy training. They were honored in a ceremony on Monday June 6. Juanita Martin was recognized as the top performer in the program.
Program courses included Medical Terminology, Intro to Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Mathematics, Drug Classification and Clinicals.
Course instructors Grayson Burgess and Connie Lindsay say they are proud of these students and their accomplishments and wish them well in the pursuit of their careers in the pharmacy world. They would also like to thank Thurman’s Pro Med and Walgreens Pharmacy on behalf of NTCC for allowing students to learn in professional environments.
