Northeast Texas Community College will open at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 17.
Classes beginning at†8 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.†are†cancelled and the regular course†schedule will resume at 11 a.m. Offices will open at 10 a.m.
