The Pineywoods Iris Society recently held a meeting at the Elizabeth Hoggatt Whatley Agriculture Center at Northeast Texas Community College. The group presented a check for $500 to the NTCC Foundation in order to provide a scholarship for an NTCC agriculture student. Kathy Thompson is pictured presenting the check to Dr. Jonathan McCullough, NTCC Vice President for Advancement, along with other club members. To learn more about scholarships at NTCC, or if you belong to a club that would be interested in meeting on the NTCC campus in order to learn more about its mission, please contact Nita May, NTCC Director of Development, at 903-434-8113.
