The Northeast Texas Community College Wesley Fellowship held a groundbreaking ceremony Tuesday to kick off construction of a new student ministry center on the NTCC campus. The Wesley Fellowship Board, which is made up of members of area United Methodist Churches, has raised funds for the project since 2006. The student center will feature recreational and meeting spaces that will be available to students, faculty, staff and community members. While $155K†has been raised for construction, the group†continues to seek contributions and to raise funds needed to complete construction.†Tax-deductible†gifts can be made to Wesley and mail to†FUMC Daingerfield, 203†Scurry St., Daingerfield, TX†75638.
