This card also offers free access to Herring Bank ATMs and over 55,000 Allpoint ATMS nationwide (effective July 2016). All students need to make a refund choice by completing their Direct Deposit Designation. Students can request a Herring Bank Debit card during that process and a card will be mailed to your home address.
